1.) How does my purchase of Leppidio™ products help the rainforests, the people of the rainforests, and the species involved ?
Looking at it in financial terms, buying the products of butterfly farms and butterfly ranches in rainforest areas provides an economic reason to protect the environment of the species involved. The economics allow the people of those environments to provide for their families while sustaining the vegetation as well as the species.
  Looking at it from an environmental perspective, saving the plants that various Lepidoptera species depend on for food helps to discourages deforestation.  Keeping the rainforests profitable "as is" is a goal of this endeavor.
  Growing the appreciation of the beauty of these species helps sustain these species and their environment.  Since the survival rate of butterfly eggs on farms and ranches is greater than the survival rate in the wild, the species can actually be protected and thrive.

3.) Will the item I purchase look exactly as shown in the pictures ?
Pretty much, but since each butterfly/moth is unique in itself, there will be the expected natural variations.

4.) What payment methods do you accept ?
Credit cards and Paypal should make it easy for almost everyone.

5.) How do you handle shipping ?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail on Tuesdays and Saturdays following placement of orders.  If quicker deliver is needed, let us know.  Shipments are only within the USA.

6.) What about shipping insurance ?
We pack our items with great care, but there is no absolute guarantee that accidents can't happen in shipment.  Shipping insurance is at the discretion of the buyer.

7.) What is your return policy ?
We doubt that you will want to make a return, but we also want you to be delighted with your purchase, and consider us for future purchases.  Contact us within 7 days of receipt if there is a problem (other than handling during shipping) and will issue an immediate replacement, refund, or substitution, as you may prefer.

8.) Are any permits needed to purchase your items ?
Not for customers of BeautifulWings.com, but we have obtained all the necessary US fish & Wildlife permits, and paid all Customs duties and permit fees.

BeautifulWings.com does not collect personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Personal information knowingly provided by individuals will never be sold or shared with any 3rd party. All personal information is entered by the customer on a secure, encrypted server featuring the highest internet security available. Payments are processed by the highly reputable PayPAl. BeautifulWings.com does not use or administer cookies in any manner.
